Our village & country homes office is situated in the picturesque Buckinghamshire village of Edlesborough. We completed our expansion into the Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire villages in early 2023, after moving a vast number of clients to the area from our original base in Hemel Hempstead expansion into the villages seems the perfect fit for Sears & Co. Our base in Edlesborough is the ideal position to cover the villages as far North as Heath and Reach, Dunstable to the east, the Hemel Hempstead border to the south and Wingrave in the West and of course everything in between.

ABOUT OUR AREA/LIVING IN EDLESBOROUGH AND THE SURROUNDING VILLAGES

Edlesborough is a village and civil parish in the Aylesbury Vale district of Buckinghamshire, England. Edlesborough is also next to the village of Eaton Bray just over the county boundary in Bedfordshire, about 3 miles (5 km) west-south-west of Dunstable and 7 miles south of Leighton Buzzard.

As well as the village of Edlesborough itself, the civil parish also includes the hamlets of Dagnall, Northall and part of Ringshall. Hudnall was transferred in 1885 to the parish of Little Gaddesden in Hertfordshire.

Edlesborough offers excellent facilities including the recently constructed cricket pavilion & tennis club. The High Street includes a delightful café, useful appliance & home maintenance store, estate agents, florist, convenience store and hair/beauty salon. The local pubs are located at Eaton Bray (The White Horse) and Northall (The Swan) both serving food. There are an abundance of schooling options Edlesborough academy, Eaton Bray Academy and Totternhoe Church of England all within 2 miles.

TRANSPORT

Edlesborough provides an excellent position to reach the neighbouring towns of Hemel Hempstead, (11 miles) Berkhamsted, (9 miles) Leighton Buzzard, (7 miles) and Dunstable. (3 miles) Junction 9 of the M1 is just 9 miles from the village with Luton airport a short trip north and London approximately 30 miles south.
